Code of Conduct

At Fairview Health Services, we care for our patients and their families with a high ethical standard of conduct. Together, we are dedicated to fulfilling our role as a responsible corporate citizen.

As we strive each day to fulfill our mission, achieve our vision and live our values, we are supported by our Corporate Compliance Program. The Fairview Board of Directors fully supports the program, including this Fairview Code of Conduct.

The Code of Conduct: 

  • Provides information on our standards of behavior
  • Lets employees and others who interact with Fairview know how they can confidentially report ethical and legal concerns
  • Informs you of what Fairview expects of you in your relationship with Fairview
  • States what you can expect from Fairview

Any concern you voice about a violation of these standards is handled with dignity and respect. You should not fear retaliation for sharing your concerns.

When we reference "Fairview" or "We," we are referring to all: employees, medical staff members, directors, officers, trustees, volunteers and independent contractors.
